The Vibrant Living Program is designed around three main pillars:

We work as a dynamic group to slowly replace unhealthy habits with new ones that support your health and happiness. You become the architect of your life by evolving your habits over time. Support and be supported. We work on one habit a week to evolve our bodies, minds, and souls.
AYURVEDA
The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda teaches us how to create balance in our lives. We learn to attune to the rhythm of nature for improved digestion, better sleep, and more vitality. We experience peak performance – at work and play. We learn how to stay active as we age–without all the aches and pains that are often associated with getting older.
YOGA
Yoga is a powerful way to kickstart healthy habits because it moderates your cravings, settles your nervous system, moves digestion along, calms your mind, and promotes neuroplasticity.
